Room Block Requests

For a room block of 12 or more rooms at NatCon25, please submit a room block request. Click on the “Room Block Request” button at the bottom of the screen. All requests are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis. Housing is managed by our partner, Resiada, and no one else.

ROOM BLOCK TERMS & CONDITIONS

ROOMING LIST: A complete rooming list with names and arrival/departure dates for each reservation must be submitted by Februrary 13th, 2025. After this date rooms without individual names will be released into the general block. Rooming list must be accompanied by a credit card guarantee. Rooming lists received without a valid guarantee will not be processed. Once your block is confirmed, you will receive a Room Block Confirmation via email with instructions for submitting your rooming list.

TAX DISCLAIMER: Rates do not include any taxes and fees which are subject to change without notice. These taxes and fees will be outlined on the reservation confirmation.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations after March 10, 2025, will be subject to a $50 processing fee.

EARLY DEPARTURE FEE: Hotels may charge an early departure fee if you check-out prior to your scheduled departure date.

DEPOSIT: Hotels may charge a one night’s rooming and tax deposit for each room reservation. The credit card you use to guarantee each room must be valid through May of 2025.

NOTE: Please beware of solicitations from any other entity offering hotel rooms during the NatCon25 dates. Resiada is the ONLY housing provider for NatCon25. See our NatCon25 scammers page for more information.
